Today is our first day in Hong Kong. We came here on a train that took 2 hours from Guangzhou. Our hotel is next to the airport, so we had to drive about ½ an hour to get there. When we got to the hotel, the hotel screwed up our rooms by making it so we had only one room for the eight of us. My dad had to talk to the front desk for 15 minutes trying to explain we need more rooms. After we got that taken care of we went to our rooms for an hour to relax because a lot of us didn’t get much sleep. After the hour was up it was about 5:30 and we were all hungry, so we took a subway into the city. When we got off the subway we found a restaurant that the consciere recommended earlier in the day. The food was really good and we all liked our waiter. After we were done eating, we went around shopping around for miscellaneous items. We didn’t buy anything but we saw some funny masks that people were selling. Then, we went back to our hotel to get some sleep.
