China Friday June 18- 19

Today, we are on our way to China. First, from Minneapolis we go to Seattle, Washington. Then, from Seattle we go to Beijing, China. In China, we will go to 7 different cities which include Beijing, Hong Kong, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Guilin, Guangzhou, and Gaoming. We will be in Beijing for 3 days. This entire trip will go for 10 days. In Beijing, we will stay at the “Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven.”

 Sunday will be our first day in Beijing, we will tour Tienanmen Square and the Forbidden City. Then, we will tour the residential areas on a rickshaw and then have lunch with a local family. From there, we will tour the Temple of Heaven and shop for souvenirs at the Hongqiao Market. After that, we will have dinner at a local restaurant. The first day of our trip sounds like it will be a busy day and we will be scrunched for time.
